Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Coverage
AuraDNA currently ships across India. We are working to expand our delivery network to serve more locations in the future.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Any promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website during the offer period.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate when placing your order.
AuraDNA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for sending the order again.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Contact our customer support immediately with photographs of the package for prompt assistance.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, high order volumes, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
